Castle Panic!

Popping in to the GameBoard a few weeks ago, I had the chance to learn this wonderful game. I got to play it with 3 people that day and we found ourselves easily able to beat the advancing hordes of monsters in a fully cooperative experience. I liked the game so much that I bought a copy for an upcoming gaming day with a group of students and alumni. Playing it fully cooperative with six people presented a different dynamic requiring lots of dialog and direction. Even though it was new to three of the six people, it was quickly learned and very well liked. I taught my wife in about 10 minutes and she has enjoyed playing it as well.
The rules are simple, can easily be modified to increase or decrease challenge level and every time we've played there has been a good level of suspense right up to our final rounds. I can easily see this game a a family favorite and know it will continue to get lots of use at our games club at Lutheran High.
Once again, learning to play the game with such good teachers at the GameBoard made this acquisition a great addition to my collection!
